A Guatemalan dark roast SMOKED with applewood chips soaked with Georgia green apples!This roast is most definitely bold. The smoke gives an extra level of complexity to the flavor profile without running the risk of burning the coffee and losing all flavor. And no worries about the applewood smoke overpowering the roast, as our smoking process maintains the integrity of the dark, rich flavor of these beans. As you can probably tell, Baelfire was Drogo's first foray into our more...mad scientist tendencies.
