A nice, smooth medium roast that can easily take the place of your normal morning coffee. Low acidity makes it excellent for chilling to make iced coffee too.
 
The name of this coffee was born from playing a game of Risk with friends. One person only had control of Peru, but managed to hold their own and almost won. They started playing Peruvian flute music on their phone whenever it was their turn. I’m determined the music is what saved them.
